CONDUCTIVE MATERIALS
ELECTRICALLY CONDUCTIVE TAPES: 3M™ Electrically Conductive Double-Sided Tape 5113DFT is an XYZ-axis conductive double-sided fabric tape (DFT) consisting of a conductive matrix carrier and an innovative 3M polyolefin conductive pressure-sensitive adhesive (PSA).
Based on 3M’s proprietary polyolefin conductive adhesive and a combination of Ni/Cu/Ni plated conductive carriers, 3M 5113DFT tape delivers outstanding performance, including high adhesion, low electrical resistance, long-term durability, resistance to high temperatures and humidity, and excellent grounding and shielding performance
EMI ABSORBER: 3M™ EMI Absorber AB8000 Series is a magnetic material suitable for harsh thermal conditions. It is designed for near-field electromagnetic interference (EMI) absorption and operates effectively in electronic applications from 300 MHz to 4 GHz.
The composite material consists of a silicone resin carrier, ensuring stability during the reflow soldering process and excellent adhesion to flexible printed circuit boards. It also incorporates magnetic fillers to reduce EMI noise in near-field applications within and around electronic devices and assemblies.
3M™ EMI Absorber AB8000 Series functions as a magnetic shielding material to reduce EMI transmission or reflection within the electromagnetic field.
3M™ EMI Absorber AB7000E Series is designed to suppress electromagnetic interference (EMI) in near-field applications. These sheets are made of a flexible polymer resin filled with soft metal flakes and provide excellent EMI absorption performance across frequencies ranging from 300 MHz to 4 GHz.
These 3M EMI absorber sheets are ideal for absorbing near-field EMI within and around electronic devices and assemblies.
EMI SHIELDING GASKET TAPES: 3M™ ECG7033H, ECG7053H, and ECG7073H electrically conductive cushioning gasket tapes are single-sided adhesive tapes with good electrical conductivity and excellent recovery/cushioning properties. They provide outstanding gap-filling performance while maintaining effective electrical grounding capability
